Meet the clinical requirements
A licensed clinician reviews your intake. A consultation or additional information may be required.
Review the decision
A treatment plan and prescription are issued only when medically appropriate. If prescribed, fulfillment follows.
Continue your care
Follow-up, questions, monitoring, and renewal review are handled as your program offers them.
Before you start
You must be an adult and located where the care is offered. Some programs may ask for identification, records, or lab results. Your clinician confirms the specific age, state, and eligibility requirements that apply to your program.
After you submit
A clinician reviews your intake and communicates the decision to you. Payment timing, how to return to your account, and how you are notified are shown during the visit. Review times can vary by program.
When the path isn’t straightforward
Not every visit ends in a prescription. Here are the outcomes you might see — each comes with a plain explanation and a next step.

Consultation needed
Some visits require a live consultation before treatment can be considered.
Unsupported location
Care may not be available in every state. If yours is not supported, we will tell you.
Not eligible for this service
A clinician may determine a treatment is not appropriate for you.
Prescription not issued
If treatment is not appropriate, no prescription is written and you are told why.
Follow-up due
When a renewal or check-in is due, you will be prompted to complete it.
